Let me begin by reminding everyone that North Korea is a nuclear nightmare because of Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton, who thought it was a grand idea to give North Korea everything it needed to become one. These simpletons thought that it would be good of us to help North Korea with its energy problems because, of course, it wouldn't lie to us, would it? Hey, isn't Iran saying the same thing?
Now comes word that North Korea intends to launch a missile in the direction of Hawaii some time around the 4th of July. Could that be because it believes that that is where The One was born? Or is it following in the footsteps of Japan, whose bombing of Pearl Harbor brought America into WW II?
In either event, Secretary of Defense Robert Gates has deployed anti-missle defenses around Hawaii, including a ground-based mobile missile system and radar system.
OMG! Could this be the anti-missile system that's part of Ronald Reagan's star wars program that the dimocrats loathe? Could this be the anti-missile system that Obama has promised to de-fund because it is worthless?
What a difference a threat from a madman makes, eh.
