Barack Obama famously bowed to the unelected ruler of Saudi Arabia. He kissed Hugo Chavez of Venezuela. He said nothing when the president of Nicaragua spent nearly an hour blasting America. When despots of Iran began butchering people who dared to protest against the phony elections that had just been held, Obama said he wasn't going to meddle.
But, when the elected president of Honduras took a page from Hugo's playbook and began taking steps to make himself ruler for life, Obama was simply aghast that the citizens of Honduras, in accordance with the laws of their country, took steps to stop him. Obama is still appalled that the Hondurans refused to submit to this attempted coup and is using the full resources of this country to make sure that the wannabe dictator is returned to power.
There are celebrations in Germany marking the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall. While other world leaders are there, Obama is not. The man famous for partying can't find the time to attend a party celebrating freedom.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is in DC. What is Obama's position? Israel had better come to the peace table with more concessions. He has made no such requests of Palestine.
A muslim opens fire at Ft Hood, murdering 13 soldiers and wounding 29 others, yet there is no outrage from the Commander in Chief. Not only is there no outrage, there's no anything. Obama is acting as though this is a non-event that doesn't even require his attention.
Obama can party every week. Fly to Chicago and New York City for date nights. Throw out the opening pitch at the World Series. Yet, he can't seem to find the time to talk to his commander in Afghanistan, nor respond to his request for more troops. Winning a war in the country that was the launching pad of the 9/11 attacks isn't important.
Time and time again, we see the President of the United States, Leader of the Free World, amply demonstrate support for dictators and antipathy to freedom.
Doesn't bode well for his plans for America.
