A muslim man who attended the same mosque as some of the 9/11 hijackers. Who was known to have attempted to contact al-qaeda. Who was known for his radical, anti-American rantings. Who entered a building, allegedly shouted allahu akhbar, and opened fire on Americans.
The White House is not using the word terrorism. The Army, which takes its orders from the White House, is not using the word terrorism. The left-leaning media, which sacrificed what was left of its neutrality and objectivity to get Obama elected, is not using the word terrorism. Nobody dares call this what it is because to do so would be to remind people that George W. Bush kept this country safe for 7 years.
Obama couldn't make it 10 months.
At a time when Obama's approval rating is on the way down and his disapproval rating is on the way up. At a time of record unemployment and sky-high budget deficits. At a time of rampant pessimism among the American people. At a time when self-identified conservatives outnumber self-identified liberals 2-1. At a time when democrats are self-destructing on the altar of Obama's agenda, and the pendulum is already swinging back to Republicans, bringing independents in droves.
Amidst all of this, comes the first terrorist attack on American soil since 9/11.
Even though Obama remains personally popular, albeit far less so than last year at this time, professionally, he is losing traction. Therefore, there must be no mention whatsoever of the 'T' word, and the left will spin itself dizzy to prevent this thought - Obama could not keep us safe for 10 months - from taking hold of the American public.
