In January 2007, the DOW was at 13,000, the GDP was 3.5%, and unemployment was 4.6%. The Bush administration had just set a record 52 straight months of job creation.
In January 2007, democrats took back congress and took the White House in 2009. After 3-1/2 years of democrat control, the DOW is down, the GDP is down, and unemployment has more than doubled.
Despite this, democrat Tim Kaine is cheerleading for his party's candidates by saying, "Now Republicans are scheming to win back Congress. With a majority they'll do everything they can to reverse the progress Democrats have made."
I sure hope so.
