For his latest taxpayer-funded vacation, Obama is visiting England and Ireland. Scotland Yard has assigned him the codename "Chalaque," which "is sometimes used when we want to denigrate someone who we think is too clever for their own good." It is also said to mean "cheeky, crafty, cunning."
Basically, Obama has been assigned the codename "Smart A$$."
