Since Obama demonstrates every day - in every way - that he's completely and utterly unqualified for the job he holds, he has fallen back on doing the one thing he does well, i.e., give speeches. Hoping to regain the magic that, tragically, got him to where he is, he now runs off at the mouth pretty much all the time. He's okay when sticking to the teleprompter, but when he goes off script, others have to clean up after him.
When asked recently what mistakes he had made in handling the recession, here was his answer: he could have done a better job explaining how long it was going to take to get out. Really? That's his answer? If he had just told us how long it was going to take to get out, everything would have been fine?
He also attempted to downplay his incompetence by saying that the magnitude of the worst US recession since the Great Depression "escaped" him when he first stepped into office. Escaped him? Bad economic new was in all the papers, all over the internet, and all over the TV. Normal, everyday people could see what was going on. How on earth can a sitting US senator claim not to have any knowledge of these things?
Obama is safe and secure in the knowledge that the lapdog MSM will not call him on such statements. Having surrendered any pretense of neutrality and objectivity in order to get him elected, they are not about to point out that he's in over his head. After all, what would that say about them.
We need help, serious help, because what we've got at the helm is a spoiled, arrogant brat who views the problems facing our nation as nothing more than things that get in the way of him having a good time . . . on our dime.
