Sorry About That

Brian Terry, an American Border Patrol Agent, was killed last December as a result of the Fast & Furious gun program run by the AFT, a division of the Department of Justice.  His family had to wait nearly a year before receiving so much as a quasi apology from Eric Holder, who acts as though he is completely unaccountable.

Compare that to the apology that was issued nearly immediately regarding the Pakistanis who were killed as the result of a NATO drone strike.

We have poured billions into Pakistan for its alleged help in fighting terrorism, only to find out that Osama bin Laden was safely ensconced in a family compound near a Pakistani military installation.  So much for help.

Even if this were not the case, an apology should have been issued to the family of Brian Terry immediately.  Maybe if Holder hadn't been so intent on keeping the whole Fast & Furious program quiet, one would have been.
