Article I, Section 7 of the Constitution states that ALL bills for raising revenue SHALL originate in the House of Representatives. All means every single one. Shall is mandatory. And, originate means begin. In that regard alone, Obamacare is unconstitutional because it originated in the senate.
Obviously, Mr. Harvard-educated-Smarty-Pants isn't familiar with the Constitution.
